Merve Güçlü is a doctoral researcher in Polymer Science at Istanbul Technical University, combining a strong academic background with professional expertise in polymer materials. She completed her B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering at Istanbul University in 2017 and subsequently obtained her M.Sc. degree in Polymer Science and Technology from Istanbul Technical University in 2020. Her master’s research focused on the preparation of r-PET/PBT/Joncryl blends and the investigation of their thermal and rheological behaviors. She is currently conducting doctoral research with an emphasis on microfibrillated composites with tailored morphology and properties, aiming to develop polymeric materials with enhanced structural and functional characteristics.
